Gales is a relatable dramedy about Black, millennial nurses navigating their twenties and thirties in Baltimore City. This episode follows Indigo as she attempts to switch shifts in order to go on a date. Needless to say, shenanigans and potential job insecurity ensues. Gales was selected for the BlackStar Film Festival, American Black Film Festival, Pan-African Arts + Film Festival, Milwaukee Film Festival and continues to screen at events such as Roots Picnic, Brown Arts Initiative Gallery opening, and Penn Spectrum Alumni Weekend (University of Pennsylvania).
